- Review your previewI build the site and send you a private preview link, usually within 7 business days. One round of changes is included.
- Approve and go liveWhen you approve, the other half is charged, your site goes live on your domain, and your monthly care plan starts.

Prices don't include sales tax; if any ever applies, it's added at checkout. Your domain name (about $10–15 a year) is paid directly by you, in your name. Extra work beyond your plan is $40/hour, quoted and approved first. Not included: online stores, member logins, logo design, photography, ads and social media management.
Questions
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain, hosting account and Google profile are created in your name, and you invite me in to manage them. Once the setup fee is paid in full, the website files are yours too. If you ever leave, nothing needs to be transferred.
What if I don't like the preview?
Tell me what to change; one round of revisions is included. If it still isn't right for you, either of us can end the agreement. I keep the deposit and the site isn't published.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting management, security and updates, your monthly edit requests, keeping your Google Business Profile current, and (on Pro) a monthly Google post and review replies.
How long does it take?
Your preview is usually ready within 7 business days after you send the onboarding form. Your site goes live as soon as you approve it. Google verifies business profiles on its own schedule, usually a few days to two weeks, so your Google listing may follow a little after the website.
How do I cancel?
From your client page, any time, with 30 days' notice. I'll confirm you own every account, send your site files if you'd like them, and remove my access.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that. A clean, fast site and a complete Google profile are what Google rewards, and that's what you'll have.
Do you need my passwords?
Almost never. Everything works through invitations you send from your own accounts, and you can remove my access any time. In a rare troubleshooting case I may ask you to share a password for a few minutes. If that happens, I never store it or share it with anyone, and I help you change it as soon as we are done.
First month of your care plan, free
The first five businesses to sign up get their first month of the monthly plan on the house. In return, I ask for an honest Google review once your site is live, and your OK to show your site as an example of my work.
