Licence and terms
The short version: what you buy is yours to play, as often as you like, with as many friends as you like. It is not yours to resell.
Your purchase is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one household to use the materials privately and indefinitely. You may print the files as often as you wish for your own gatherings, print them at a copy shop for your own use, and share photos of your evening anywhere.
You may not redistribute or resell the files in any form, reuse the artwork in any other product, run the game as a paid or ticketed event without a commercial licence, create derivative works for distribution, use any part of it to train a machine-learning model, or remove any copyright notice or watermark. Every copy is individually marked with the buyer's name and order number.
All games, artwork and text are original works and the exclusive property of House Harrelson. All rights reserved. Running a paid or public event? Write to us; commercial licences exist and are not expensive.
Refunds
Digital editions: because the download is delivered in full and contains the solution, digital sales are final once the files are sent. If a file won't open or something is missing, write to us and we fix it the same day.
Printed and personalised editions: these are made with your names and details, so they can't be returned once printed. You approve a proof first. If an order arrives damaged or differs from the approved proof, we replace it at our cost.
Merchandise: the policy will be published here before merch goes on sale.
Privacy
We collect only what an order needs: your name, email, and for printed editions your postal address, event details and the guest names you choose to give us. We do not sell, rent or share personal information, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.
