Privacy
We collect only what an order needs, we never sell it, and we delete it when you ask unless the law requires us to keep it.
This policy covers House Harrelson at shop.harrelsons.org, run by Harrelson Products and Services, Saltillo, MS 38866.
What we collect
- Every order: your name, email address and order details.
- Coat-of-arms orders: your shipping address and the design you created, including the family name, motto and year, so we can print it and reprint it if anything goes wrong.
- Printed game editions: your postal address, event details and any guest names you choose to give us.
- Household Money Check-Up clients: your answers to our intake questionnaire and the statements you choose to share. We never ask for passwords, account logins or full account numbers, and we suggest you blank out account numbers before uploading. These are used only to prepare your check-up, are never shared or sold, and are deleted 30 days after your follow-up call. We keep your written report and our notes for as long as accounting rules require, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include.
Who helps us
We share only what each partner needs to do its job:
- Stripe takes payments. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Printify and its print partner make and ship coat-of-arms items. They receive your name, shipping address, email address for delivery updates, and the print file.
- Our email provider delivers receipts, downloads and replies.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from abuse.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social media pixels. The coat-of-arms designer keeps your design in your browser only while the tab is open, so it's still there if you step back from checkout.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, generally up to seven years. Print files are kept for up to a year so we can reprint a damaged or lost item.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do so promptly, except for records we are legally required to keep. The shop is not directed at children under 13.
