Where are my files?
Your receipt arrives as soon as you pay. The download email follows within a few minutes. If neither has arrived after ten minutes, check your spam or promotions folder for mail from House Harrelson.
My link has stopped working
Download links stay live for 90 days and can be used 25 times. Your licence never expires, only the link. Send us your order number (it starts BR-) and we'll send a fresh one.
Something is missing or won't open
Tell us which file and we'll fix it the same day.
