Games and downloads
Where are my files?
Your receipt arrives as soon as you pay and the download email follows within a few minutes. Nothing after ten minutes? Check your spam or promotions folder for mail from House Harrelson, then write to us.
My download link has stopped working
Links stay live for 90 days and can be used 25 times. Your licence never expires, only the link. Send us your order number (it starts BR-) and we'll send a fresh one.
Something is missing or won't open
Tell us which file and we'll fix it the same day.
Can I run the game at a paid event?
Not under the household licence, but commercial licences exist and are not expensive. Write to us. The full terms are in the game licence.
Coat-of-arms tees and mugs
How long will my order take?
Each piece is printed after you order, usually within 2 to 5 business days, then shipped. Most orders arrive 7 to 12 days after you order. You'll get tracking by email when it ships.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States for now, and US shipping is free.
What's printed where?
On a tee, your crest and family name sit small on the left chest, and the full arms with your motto and year go large across the back. On a mug, the full arms face outward on the side opposite the handle.
Is this my family's historical coat of arms?
No, and we'd be wary of anyone who claims otherwise. Coats of arms were granted to individual people, not to everyone who shares a surname. Our designer builds new arms for your family that follow the real medieval rules, and records them in a proper heraldic description.
Why are some colours faded out?
Heraldry's oldest rule says never put a metal (gold or silver) on a metal, or a colour on a colour, so arms can be read from a distance. The designer won't let you break it.
Can I change my order after paying?
Email us within 12 hours. If it hasn't gone to the printer, we can change or cancel it.
Which letters can I use in a name or motto?
Letters including common accented ones, spaces, hyphens and apostrophes. Mottos can also use simple punctuation, up to 28 characters.
How do I care for it?
Tees: machine wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Don't iron over the print. Mugs: dishwasher and microwave safe.
My order arrived damaged or misprinted
We're sorry. Send a photo and your order number (it starts HA-) within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it, and you keep the original. See the refund policy.
Tee size guide
Bella+Canvas 3001, a soft unisex retail fit. Measurements are approximate, in inches, taken flat. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

Payment and receipts
How can I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. It accepts major cards, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them.
Where's my receipt?
Stripe emails a receipt as soon as you pay. It includes your order number.
Do you have discount codes?
Now and then. If you have one, there's a box for it at checkout.
