Terms of sale

Last updated 15 October 2026

These terms apply to everything you buy at shop.harrelsons.org. House Harrelson is a shop of Harrelson Products and Services (“we”), a family business run by Ethen Harrelson in Saltillo, Mississippi 38866, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our refund policy and our privacy policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order; we never see or store your card details. If we list something at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you and either honour it or cancel and refund the order in full before anything is sent.

Digital products

Digital games are delivered by email as a personalised download link, usually within a few minutes of payment. Your use of them is covered by the game licence.

Printed and made-to-order products

Coat-of-arms merchandise and printed game editions are made individually after you order. For personalised items, what we print is exactly what you designed and approved: please check the spelling of names and mottos before you pay. Colours on screen can differ slightly from ink on fabric or ceramic, and product photos show an example design, not yours.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates: coat-of-arms items usually arrive in 7 to 12 days. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct; see the refund policy for what happens if a parcel goes astray.

About your coat of arms

Our designer builds new arms for your family following the traditional rules of medieval heraldry. They are not historical arms previously granted to a person with your surname, and they carry no official grant, registration or recognition from any heraldic authority. The meanings we describe are the customary readings recorded by heraldic writers from the 1600s onward. The design is printed for your personal use; the underlying artwork and software remain ours and our licensors'.

Services

The Household Money Check-Up and any other budgeting service is personal finance education and coaching. It is not tax preparation, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment or insurance product. You make your own decisions about your money. We don't contact or negotiate with creditors, and we make no promise about your credit score. We earn no commissions from any financial product or company. Each client signs a short engagement agreement before the session, which sets out these terms in full.

Our responsibility

If something we sell is faulty or not as described, we put it right as set out in the refund policy. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
